As the opening event of the “Zurich Baroque” festival and as a prelude to the concert performance of Handel’s “Aci, Galatea e Polifemo,” the opera house opens its doors for the festive launch “Baroque, Baroque.” Look forward to participating festival artists, music by George Frideric Handel, and a Baroque food sculpture. Admission is free, and the doors open at 5:30 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., Matthias Schulz and Philippe Jaroussky will welcome the audience to the official opening.
